BIDS: Sealed bids must be received on or before Tuesday, December 4th, 2018, 5:00 p.m. at AgVisors 110 E 7th Avenue, Redfield, SD 57469. Each sealed bid must include a completed Bid Sheet with name, address and phone number, and a check for 10% of total bid amount made out to AgVisors Trust Account. Only successful bidders' check(s) will be deposited, upon signing the purchase agreement. Each bid envelope must be sealed and have “POTTER BID” written across the back of the envelope. All prospective buyers are urged to inspect the property, its title, and to rely on their own conclusions.
CONDITIONS: Buyer(s) will have the ability to farm for the 2019 growing season. All parcels advertised by AgVisors LLC for sale are sold ‘As-Is’ and seller does not accept contingencies of any kind. CLOSING: Successful bidder(s) will be required to deposit ten (10)% non refundable earnest money made payable to AgVisors Trust Account day of the sale with remaining balance due upon closing on or before January 15th, 2019. Location of closing to be held at Gillette Law Office, Redfield, SD.
Other expenses, fees, and closings costs will be handled in the normal and customary manner and are detailed in the purchase agreement. Purchase agreement will be signed on December 6th, 2018.
